With over 25 years of experience working within fast paced SME's, I’ve been involved in areas including operations, cost management, process improvement and change management.

During this time, I developed a strong understanding of how businesses actually run day to day — not just at a senior level, but within the detail of systems, workflows, and decision making.

I’ve worked closely with Directors and leadership teams to improve efficiency, introduce structure, and support key business projects."
